Yokohama National University COI Satellite will hold a demonstration experiment in Hakone-machi, Kanagawa, using integrated transportation and disaster prevention information website “Hakobo Map” from September 2021 to March 2022.
Usually, the site displays various information from different public transportation companies, and provides real-time locations of fixed‐route buses in the city using a bus location system, for the convenience of citizens and tourists. When disaster strikes, the map will display available shelters. This contributes to adding security and safety in the community.
