Activity Report
On Thursday, July 9th, 2015, the Visionary Team (Vision 3), Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) visited the Research Facilities for Co-Evolutional Social Systems.
During this second site visit, we expounded on center operations and the research progress of each unit. We played an intro video that was created to encourage better understanding of Kyushu University COI’s efforts, and then introduced prototypes of flexible organic EL devices which the Information Device Unit created with laminated TADF material. We were able to report more detailed progress of our research compared to in their first visit.
Subsequently, we received questions related to results that may be achieved in social implementation. We briefed them on our current research development and our work toward practical implementation, so that they gain better understanding on COI Center’s vision and our efforts toward practical implementation. The center will continue to strive as one to deploy our work toward a better practical implementation.
